This strategic partnership adds advanced molecular diagnostics to Biocomposites portfolio of infection management products, which includes STIMULAN, the only calcium matrix antibiotic carrier that is approved to deliver a combination of Gram-positive and Gram-negative antibiotics to resolve infection.
The MicroGenDX Test uses next-generation DNA sequencing and advanced bioinformatics to identify microorganisms at the site of infection, including resistance genes.
