This year, 8 clinical studies using the MicroGenDX OrthoKEY test will be presented at the congress — including a new study of 2,011 synovial-fluid specimens showing high concordance with ICM biomarker-based criteria for infection.
Now available in Europe, OrthoKEY uses targeted NGS and qPCR to identify bacteria, fungi and common antimicrobial resistance genes directly from patient samples. The test is validated for synovial fluid, tissue and swabs/gauzes and has already been used more than 40,000 times in the US.
Joining us in Porto? Visit us at booth #2 to explore the clinical evidence and learn how OrthoKEY can support the diagnosis of PJI and other bone and joint infections when conventional methods such as culture may fall short.
